To initiate a return, simply visit the "My Orders" page in your account, locate the order you wish to return, and click "Make a return". Follow the instructions provided to complete the return process.
All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. Exceptions apply during special promotional periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas shopping season. Items purchased between November 15th and December 15th can be returned until January 15th of the following year.
All returned items must be new, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received, with all tags intact.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange for a different size or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. Exchanges for incorrect or damaged products are exempt from fees.
Return shipping costs vary based on the reason for return. Damaged or incorrect items will incur no return shipping fees. However, returns due to size or preference will have return shipping costs deducted from the refund or at the customer's expense.
For amendments or cancellations, please contact our customer service team promptly. Once an order is successfully placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Contact details can be found in your order confirmation email or on our website.
