Eligible visitors can opt out of data sharing or targeted advertising through Your Privacy Choices.
Privacy requests can be sent to support@tressifine.com.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Tressifine is operated by 东莞市万江物屿电子商务工作室(个体工商户) (English reference: Dongguan Wanjiang Wuyu E-commerce Studio (Individual Business)), Unified Social Credit Code 92441900MAKKURR86Y.

For personal information that we decide how and why to process, the registered operator is the business responsible for that processing. Shopify, payment providers, advertising services, and other providers may also independently determine how they process information for their own purposes under their privacy notices.

This Policy applies when you visit tressifine.com, create or use a customer account, place or manage an order, submit a contact form, subscribe to marketing, post a review, or otherwise communicate with us.

2. Personal information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with the store and may include:

  • Identity and contact information: name, email address, telephone number, billing address, delivery address, and recipient details.
  • Order and transaction information: products viewed or ordered, selected shade, texture, length and pack quantity, cart activity, order value, discounts, shipping method, tracking, delivery status, cancellations, returns, refunds, and order history.
  • Account information: customer account identifier, profile details, preferences, saved addresses, account status, and marketing choices. Authentication credentials are handled through Shopify's account systems and are not provided to us in readable form.
  • Payment information: payment method, payment status, transaction reference, billing details, and limited fraud or verification results. Full card numbers, payment-account passwords, and similar credentials are generally collected directly by Shopify, PayPal, or another payment provider shown at checkout rather than stored by Tressifine.
  • Communications and support information: messages, contact-form entries, order numbers, complaint details, product questions, call records you choose to provide, and photos or attachments submitted for delivery, product, return, or refund support.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, network information, cookie or device identifiers, approximate location derived from technical information, referring page, pages viewed, search and cart activity, and timestamps.
  • Marketing and advertising information: email subscription status, consent choices, campaign interactions, advertisement interactions, and interests or preferences inferred from store activity where permitted by law.
  • Public content: a product review, public comment, rating, photo, or other content you choose to publish through a store feature.

We do not intentionally ask for government identification numbers, account passwords, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the ordinary contact form. Please do not send sensitive information unless we specifically request it through an appropriate channel for a legitimate reason.

3. How we collect information

We collect personal information from the following sources:

  • Directly from you, including at checkout, through an account, contact form, email, telephone call, review, return request, or other communication.
  • Automatically from the store, through cookies, pixels, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies when you browse or interact with the website.
  • From Shopify and service providers, including account, checkout, payment, fraud-prevention, analytics, communication, fulfillment, and delivery providers.
  • From marketing and advertising services, when they report campaign, audience, or advertisement interactions to us as permitted by their terms and applicable law.
  • From another person acting for you, such as a purchaser sending a gift, an authorized agent, or a recipient providing delivery information.

4. Why we use personal information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • Provide the store and fulfill orders: operate checkout, process payment, confirm and prepare orders, source and inspect products, arrange delivery, provide tracking, handle changes, returns, refunds, and customer accounts.
  • Communicate and provide support: answer questions, locate an order, investigate a delivery or product issue, maintain a written support record, and send service messages.
  • Protect the service: authenticate accounts, prevent payment fraud and misuse, investigate suspicious activity, secure the website, and protect customers, the business, and service providers.
  • Improve and measure the store: understand website use, test performance, diagnose errors, improve navigation and product information, measure campaigns, and make reasonable business decisions.
  • Marketing and personalization: send promotional email when you subscribe or when otherwise permitted, remember preferences, recommend relevant products, and measure or personalize advertising where consent or another lawful basis is available. At the date above, we do not use SMS or postal mail for promotional marketing.
  • Meet legal and operational obligations: maintain transaction and tax records, respond to valid legal process, establish or defend legal claims, enforce store policies, and comply with applicable law.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as needed to perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights, protect vital interests in an emergency, or act with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time for future processing based on consent.

Tressifine does not currently use personal information to make a solely automated decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you. Shopify, payment providers, or fraud-prevention services may use automated systems under their own notices; we may review relevant risk signals before deciding how to handle an order.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising technology

Cookies and similar technologies help the store remember information and operate correctly. Depending on your location and choices, the store may use:

  • Essential technologies for security, network management, checkout, cart contents, account access, fraud prevention, and privacy preferences.
  • Analytics and performance technologies to understand visits, page use, errors, store performance, and purchase journeys.
  • Marketing and personalization technologies to measure campaigns, limit repeated advertisements, build or use audiences, and show more relevant content or advertising.

At the date above, our storefront uses Shopify analytics and Google tags for analytics, conversion measurement, and advertising-related events. Google may process device, browser, usage, and transaction-event information under the Google Privacy Policy. We do not intentionally send full payment credentials to Google.

Where consent is required, non-essential technologies should operate according to the choice made through our Shopify cookie banner. You can revisit available cookie preferences through the privacy controls shown on the store. Browser controls can also block or delete cookies, although disabling essential technologies may prevent checkout or account features from working correctly.

6. Shopify and Shopify Network Intelligence

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal information when you visit, use, or purchase from the store so it can provide hosting, checkout, account, security, analytics, and related ecommerce services.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for this store. Shopify may use information from your interactions with Tressifine, with other merchants, and with Shopify to provide enhanced services such as fraud protection, store improvement, personalization, performance insights, and advertising-related features. No other merchant receives direct access to Tressifine customer data through this feature.

Information used to provide Shopify services may be shared with Shopify and other providers located in countries different from where you live. For processing that Shopify independently controls, Shopify is responsible for explaining its practices and handling relevant requests. Read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy or use the Shopify Privacy Portal to learn more or exercise rights directly with Shopify.

Shopify's privacy tools are configured to respect applicable cookie-consent and data-sharing opt-out choices for Shopify Network Intelligence. If our Shopify Network Intelligence setting or related services change, we will review and update this Policy as needed.

7. When we disclose personal information

We disclose personal information only when reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including to:

  • Shopify, for store hosting, checkout, customer accounts, analytics, security, privacy controls, and enhanced services.
  • Payment providers, such as PayPal or another provider selected at checkout, for payment authorization, fraud checks, disputes, and refunds.
  • Suppliers, fulfillment partners, freight forwarders, and carriers, for product preparation, recipient verification, customs processing, shipment, tracking, delivery, returns, and delivery investigations. We aim to provide only the information needed for the task.
  • Analytics, advertising, and technology providers, including Google, for measurement, security, store operation, and advertising where permitted.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, when reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, legal advice, insurance, a valid legal request, fraud investigation, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.
  • A successor to the business, if the store or relevant assets are reorganized, transferred, or sold, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
  • Another party at your direction, when you ask us to disclose information or give valid consent.

Using a supplier or fulfillment partner does not make that provider the seller of your order. Tressifine remains your point of contact for the order and for privacy questions about our own processing.

8. Sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and marketing choices

We do not sell personal information for money. However, some disclosures of cookie identifiers, device information, browsing activity, or advertising events to Shopify, Google, or another advertising provider may be legally defined as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" in certain United States jurisdictions, even when no money is paid for the information.

If this right applies where you live, use Your Privacy Choices to opt out. Where legally required and technically supported, the store also treats a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out for the browser or device sending the signal. If an eligible opt-out can be associated with your Shopify customer account, it may also be applied to that account.

You can unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages about an order, account, security issue, return, or refund.

9. International processing and transfers

Tressifine is operated from China and serves customers through international service providers. Your information may therefore be accessed, stored, or processed in China, Canada, the United States, and other countries where Shopify or another provider operates. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.

Where transfer safeguards are required, we and our providers use measures recognized by applicable law, which may include contractual protections such as standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, consent where valid, or another lawful transfer mechanism. Details about Shopify's international processing are available through Shopify's privacy resources linked above.

10. How long we keep information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to fulfill and document orders, maintain an account, provide support, meet tax and accounting requirements, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and establish or defend legal claims.

The appropriate period depends on the type of information, the relationship with you, legal retention duties, the sensitivity of the information, and the risk of harm from unauthorized use. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to lawful archival, backup, and service-provider retention cycles.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to a small online business and rely on established providers for secure hosting and payment processing. Access is limited to the operator and providers who reasonably need information for their work.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Do not send payment passwords or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or the contact form. If you believe your account or personal information has been compromised in connection with our store, contact us promptly.

12. Children's privacy

The store is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 16 without the involvement or authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 for targeted advertising.

A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information can contact us to request review or deletion. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the relationship and request.

13. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • know whether we process your personal information and request access to it;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion of information that no longer needs to be retained;
  • receive certain information in a portable format;
  • object to or request restriction of certain processing;
  • withdraw consent for future processing based on consent;
  • opt out of direct marketing, sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where applicable;
  • appeal a decision about a privacy request where applicable; and
  • lodge a complaint with a data protection, consumer protection, or other competent authority.

To exercise a right concerning Tressifine, email support@tressifine.com with the subject Privacy request. Describe the request and provide the email address or order details needed to locate the relevant record. Please do not email a password or full payment number.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authority and direct identity confirmation. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill all or part of a request, we will explain the reason when the law requires us to do so.

For information Shopify controls independently, you can also submit a request through the Shopify Privacy Portal.

14. Public content and third-party links

A review, rating, public comment, or public photo you choose to publish may be visible to other visitors. Do not include private contact, payment, or order information in public content. Private support messages and complaint evidence are not treated as public marketing submissions.

The store may link to a website or service operated by another organization. That organization applies its own privacy and security practices when you choose to use its service. Review the relevant privacy notice before providing information directly to an unrelated third party.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our data practices, Shopify settings, providers, markets, or legal obligations change. The current version and last-updated date will remain available on this page. We will provide additional notice or request consent when applicable law requires it.
