The buying notes / 01

Bulk hair vs
crochet hair

Bulk hair is loose, no-weft hair for your braider to separate. Our crochet hair is prepared in smaller sections for crochet installation. Choose for the method—not just the finished curls.

A curl pattern is not an installation method.

Loose · No weft

Bulk for braiding

Loose hair that your braider separates and feeds into braids. For boho styles, it can provide the flowing pieces around the braided structure.

Do not assume it replaces every material in the finished look. Ask whether separate braiding hair is needed for the braid body.

Crochet human hair

Hair prepared in smaller sections for crochet installation into a suitable base. Choose it when your installer has planned a crochet method.

“Crochet” does not mean every product has the same loop or root. Match the actual root format to the securing technique.

Not just the inspo.

Share the product link, its root photo and your reference look with your installer. Ask: “Does this format work for your method, and what else do I need?” Get that answer before choosing the pack set. Planning boho braids? Read our Boho Braids Buying Guide for the broader buying checklist.

What this note is based on

Based on the documented formats of the Tressifine bulk and crochet ranges. Product-specific root, tool and securing details still need confirmation; this is not an installation tutorial.
