Is this a traditional sewn hair bundle?

No. This is loose bulk human hair without a machine-sewn weft, lace cap or clip. A braider separates and places the amount required for the selected style.

Is Body Wave only left loose, or can it be braided in?

It is commonly used as exposed wave pieces or ends in boho and goddess styles. A braider can also work selected strands into the braid when the planned technique calls for it.

Is this for regular knotless braids?

It is most useful when a knotless style includes loose boho or goddess pieces. Traditional knotless braids without loose waves may not need Body Wave hair.
