These Terms apply to tressifine.com, its online store, and purchases made through its checkout. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to the version of these Terms available at that time. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and product information shown before checkout form part of the terms relevant to your order. If there is a conflict, mandatory law applies first; after that, the more specific product or policy term applies to the relevant issue.

For standard shipments to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States using our current route, routine import clearance is included in the shipping arrangement. If an obvious price or calculation error affects an order, we will contact you before fulfillment. Where permitted by law, you may confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. Nothing in this paragraph permits a price increase after a valid order without your agreement where applicable law prohibits it.
Some products are sourced after an order is placed and may be prepared or shipped with the help of suppliers, fulfillment partners, and carriers. Tressifine remains the seller and your point of contact. You will not be required to resolve an order problem directly with a supplier or freight partner.
Current processing stages, destination coverage, tracking information, delivery estimates, and possible customs charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates, but we must have a reasonable basis for the estimates we publish.
If we learn that an order cannot be dispatched within the stated or agreed timeframe, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include agreeing to a revised timeframe or cancelling the affected item for a refund.
Tressifine remains responsible for the order during transportation to the extent required by applicable law. Carrier handoff does not, by itself, require you to pursue the supplier or carrier for a missing, damaged, or incorrect order.
Email us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help before procurement, packing, or shipment begins, but a change or cancellation may no longer be possible after fulfillment has progressed.
Return eligibility, the 30-day request period, human-hair condition requirements, return authorization, costs, inspection, and refund timing are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Do not send a return to the registered business address or the sender address on a parcel unless Tressifine confirms the return address in writing.
Our published return process does not exclude a remedy for an incorrect, damaged, defective, or misdescribed item and does not replace any mandatory cancellation, conformity, warranty, or refund right that applies where you live.
If you voluntarily publish a product review, public comment, or public photo through a review feature, you allow Tressifine to display, reproduce, and format that submission in connection with the store and the relevant product. This permission is non-exclusive and lasts while the submission remains published or as reasonably necessary to preserve existing records and lawful uses.
